Arctic Flow Ai ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our Chrome Extension and website.

2. Data Handling & Zero Data Architecture

No Middleman: Arctic Flow operates on a "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) model. We do not possess a backend database for user content. Your text inputs are transmitted directly from your Browser to the AI Provider (OpenRouter). We do not intermediate or save this data on our servers.

Third-Party Retention Warning: While Arctic Flow does not store your data, the AI models you choose via OpenRouter might. If you use "Free Tier" models or disable "ZDR Only" settings in OpenRouter, your data may be processed or retained by those third-party providers for training purposes. This is outside Arctic Flow's control.

We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the extension (e.g., number of diagrams generated), but this is never linked to your content.

3. API Keys

Your API keys are stored locally on your device in your browser's local storage. They are never transmitted to our servers.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for payment processing (Lemon Squeezy). Lemon Squeezy processes payment data securely. We do not store any payment information on our servers.

Their privacy policies govern the collection and use of your personal information for transactions.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
